Studying the seasonal and hourly changes of light, color, shape, and shadow informs all my work.  After many years of stitching fabric and paper, I am now continuing to explore and honor the beauty of the natural world through drawing, painting, and printmaking. Drying plants and using them in printmaking and as subjects of drawing and photography continue to enthrall me. Creating is a lifelong daily practice, a means of holding time and being present.
